High Heels Aren't Compulsory

#3. It's more mature than the first two, with greater depth to the characters; I like the central mystery and the solution. #4 is the start of the bloat, although I liked much of it, too - but #5-7 I could just as well have done without. I read each of them exactly once, when they came out, because everybody was talking about them, and I will probably read them again eventually, but I don't like them.
