One film featuring cloning in which the bodies do NOT inherit the memories. Specifically, Schwarzenegger's The Sixth Day. I found it quite refreshing, actually; they explicitly recognized that your memories would NOT appear automagically in the clone body, and that they would have to be placed in the body directly to make an actual copy of you. Sure, they handwaved over the issues implied THERE (bandwidth involved in downloading a full copy of a human being, for instance, was the first issue that occurred to me) but I was very happy to have seen that they were at least recognizing one of the perennial Bad Science issues and making a direct attempt to do some basic handwaving to cover it.
Actually, there was ONE.
